This site was conceptualized by Tom Coleman in 1996 as a way to educate one of his students in combining graphic design and the Internet. That student, Todd McClintic, took Tom's idea and expertise and created a truly unique site on the Internet dedicated to one of the most famous car models to ever be modified into a streetrod. The original site was housed at Indiana University until mid-1998 when it was migrated here to be housed under the domain "34ford.com". To this day, Tom, retired from Indiana University as Professor Emeritus of Graphic Design, and Todd, owner of McClintic Design Inc., still maintain this site and are continually adding and updating its content.

Tom and Todd attend car shows around the United States every summer in order to collect data, and images for use on this site. It is the foremost site on the internet dedicated to the 1934 Ford Streetrods. We hope that you will explore our site and come back often to see changes that we have added. If you would like to send us some feedback or just ask us a question we encourage you to click here and tell us what you think!

About the website

This iteration of the website was done in early 2010. Over the past 14 years this site has gone from a completely static HTML site to the current version running the MDSM Content Management system created and maintained by Todd McClintic. Countless hours have gone into the production and maintenance of this site and the aforementioned content management system. We hope you enjoy this site and everything it has to offer.

Thanks for stopping by....
